Rules and Instructions for Redeeming your Groupon
Rules
1. Your Groupon is not valid for deliveries between December 13, 2011 through January 2, 2012 (Black Out Dates)
(The Goal was to have you try them before the Holidays at a huge discount so that you would see how good they are and order them at our regular prices for the Holidays)
2. We ONLY hand deliver on Mondays. Here is how it works...Any orders that come in from Sunday through Saturday are delivered on the next Monday. (So if you order on a Sunday...don't expect your cookies to be delivered until a week from Monday)
3. We only deliver for Free within a 25 mile radius of Woodland Hills, CA. If you want the cookies delivered outside of that area (e.g. Orange County, Corona, Palm Springs, Torrance, Carson, Compton, San Gabriel etc...) we are happy to ship them for you at our cost. (We have awesome rates with Fedex and can ship to New York with Fedex @ day Priority for as low as $9.95!!)
4. If you only purchased 1 dozen cookies through Groupon and would like to upgrade your order to 2 dozen, you will have the opportunity to do so in your shopping cart for a special price.
Ordering Instructions
1. Click on the link below or or on the "Buy Some Cookies" tab on the main mene bar above. This will take you to our shopping cart.
2. If you purchased the Two Dozen Groupon Special then click on the button "Add To Cart" on the two dozen groupon option. This will display your "Shopping Cart". If you purchased the One Dozen Groupon Special
3. If you are ready to "check out" simply click on the "check out" button and this will take you to the address information screen.
4. Be sure to put your billing address information in first, then if you are shipping to the same location the system will automatically use that info for your delivery, HOWEVER, if you are shipping to a different address then be sure to "UNCLICK" the box at the bottom of the screen and the system will display a shipping address page for you to fill in. After you fill in the shipping address click on the "continue" button". This will take you to the package shipping section.
5. In the package shipping section if your delivery area is within a 25 mile radius of Woodland Hills, select the "Groupon Special Free Delivery" button, then click the "continue" button. However, if you are outside of the area (call if you are not sure) then you can pay for overnight or 2 day shipping by selecting the corresponding button. (If you are in the southern California Area and you select the 2 - day shipping option, you will still get your package in one day even if you select the less expensive 2 day option). Click "continue" after you have selected your shipping option and this will take you to the payment section.
6. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AREA AND WHERE MOST PEOPLE MAKE A MISTAKE SO FOLLOW ALONG CLOSELY!
The first section is the "Coupons" section. Please enter your 8 letter Groupon Redemption Code that you received in your Groupon email here. VERY IMPORTANT...after you enter the code you must sxelect the "Apply Coupon" button in order for the system to recognize your discount. (If the invoice on the right side of the page does not go to $0.00 not including shipping options, then you have not done the first step correctly.)
7. The next section is the area where you can put what you would like your greeting card to say (if it is a gift). Please put the persons name that you want on the front of the envelope, the message itself (don't write a novel as space is limited) and how you would like the card signed. ALso you can add any extra details or information regarding the package such as what day you would like it shipped if we are not delivering it, or if we are delivering it which Monday you would like it delivered etc...
8. The next section is the "Payment Method". If you are paying by Groupon and we are hand delivering your cookies then you simply select the "Groupon Voucher Payment" option and you are done. However, if we are shipping your package, you must pay for the shipping even though the cookies are already paid for by the Groupon. SO in that case select how you would like to pay for the shipping either Paypal or Credit Card and follow the instructions.
9. The next section is our newsletter check box. Please check this box if you would like to be on our list for special offers etc...(hopefully you all do!)
10. Last is the "Place Order" button. When you are done and you are ready to complete the purchase click this button and you will receive your confirmation invoice.
